Each fragrance must be paired with the right wax blend so the candle can reach its full ambiance-enhancing potential.

From the moment you hold a Club 504 candle in your hands for the first time, you will feel the difference that comes with handmade craftsmanship. Step 4: Testing, Testing, Testing
Any experienced candle maker will tell you that the first pour of a candle is just the beginning. We rigorously test every single aspect of our candles to see if any adjustments are needed for to wick size, wax blend, fragrance blend, fragrance load, mixing temperature, pouring temperature, and more. Once we are satisfied with everything - and we really do mean everything - we are ready to replicate the process and create more of that single candle formula.
Step 5: Create and Cure
Once we've confirmed that every detail is perfect, we execute on the plan and start producing small batches. As soon as the hot liquid wax begins to cool and harden into a solid, we place the vessel inside our signature gift box, close the lid, and let it cure for at least two weeks to lock in the scent. This curing time is essential for achieving the perfect union between wax and fragrance.
Step 6: Final Quality Inspection
After two weeks of cure time and a rigorously tested process, there should be no surprises at this point. Just to be sure, we individually assess every finished product to ensure that it meets our exceptionally high standards. Even the smallest details matter, like making sure each wick is perfectly trimmed and centered in the vessel, each label is ~perfectly~ straight, and that there are no flaws in the wax.
